Office network setup and fit-outs
Moving in, expanding or starting fresh? We deliver the whole network as one project, so day one is people sitting down and working.
An office fit-out is the one time the network can be done right from the start. We plan drops for every desk, meeting room, printer and access point; install a rack with a patch panel, PoE switching and a properly configured firewall; survey and place Wi-Fi; and add cameras, door access and phones on the same infrastructure. It is sequenced with your contractor so cabling goes in before the walls close and everything is tested before the furniture arrives.
For a move we plan the cut-over so the old office stays working until the new one is live. For an existing office that has grown past its network, we audit what is there and upgrade in stages, keeping what is sound.
You get documentation your IT provider, insurer and landlord will ask for: drawings, port maps, device inventory and credentials in a vault you control.

Common questions
When should we involve you in an office move?
As early as possible, ideally when the lease is signed. Cabling is cheapest before the walls are closed, and internet circuits can take weeks to provision.
Do you work with our IT provider?
Yes. We handle the physical network and infrastructure and hand over documentation; they keep managing your workstations and software, or we can do that too.
Can you arrange the internet connection?
We will specify what you need, help you compare providers, and coordinate the install so it is live before move-in.
